Belton is the north end of the stretch of I-35 we work. We design and build new pools and spas there and remodel existing ones, and we have completed a good number of pool projects in the Belton area.
Between Belton Lake and Stillhouse Hollow Lake the land is limestone hills, with thin soil and lots that slope. Toward Temple and the east the ground turns to Blackland Prairie clay, which swells when wet and shrinks when dry. A sloped rock lot and a flat clay lot are dug, drained and decked differently, so the pool is planned around the lot.
