Leander sits west of the Balcones fault line, on Hill Country limestone. The soil is thin, the rock is close to the surface, and many lots slope.
A slope is not a problem for a pool. It often makes a better one: a raised wall on the low side, a spa that spills into the pool, or a deck that steps down with the yard. The slope and the rock do need to be planned for from the start, because they decide how the pool is dug, where the water drains and how the deck is supported.
We have completed many pool projects in Leander. We design and build new pools and spas here, and we remodel existing ones. We walk the lot with you first, so the design and the price fit the ground you actually have.

Darrin and his team did an amazing job on our pool and outdoor kitchen! … He also listened to the details I asked for and the pool is even better than I had envisioned. The pool was finished exactly on time (actually a few days early) from the expected finish date.
Darin and his team went above and beyond with building such a beautiful and high quality pool and spa. All of my expectations were met and they were able to meet the timeframe even during a busy time without cutting corners.
Darrin and his team at A&B Pools just finished up a complete renovation on our pool and spa. … Now we have a sleek and modern looking pool and spa that we can enjoy and be proud of for years to come.
Before choosing to go with A and B, Darrin showed me several of his finished pools and provided many references. … They built a beautiful pool and we are very pleased with the finished product.
