Liberty Hill is Hill Country: limestone under a thin layer of soil, rolling ground and, on many properties, an acre or more to work with.
More room means more choices. The pool can sit where the view and the shade are best, with space for a spa, a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen or a pavilion around it. It also means a few things to check first. Many homes outside the city sewer lines use a septic system, and the pool has to stay clear of the tank and the drain field. On a large lot the pool equipment may also sit farther from the house’s power and gas.
